About Us
Afriq de Investments Limited Company (ADIL) operates under the Company Act 2019, registered by the Registrar General Department of Ghana. Originally incorporated under the Companies Act 1963 (Act 179) in January 2017, ADIL is a private limited liability company located in Amanfro, off the Aburi-Nsawam road in the Akuapem South Municipality of Ghana’s Eastern Region. Authorized to engage in general farming, fisheries, and import/export activities, ADIL specializes in pineapple production for both local and European markets.
Since its founding, ADIL has successfully built a network of 344 out-growers, cultivating 350 acres of pineapple farms. By supplying fertilizers, tools, and suckers, ADIL supports these out-growers, sourcing high-quality produce to meet growing demand. ADIL currently exports to France and Seychelles, with plans to expand into Belgium, the UK, and Germany, while maintaining a strong local presence.
The company has consistently met its strategic goals and now aims for further growth. ADIL intends to increase its production by over 100% in the next five years, boosting both capital investment and working capital. This expansion aligns with its mission to support Ghana’s pineapple industry, driving sustainable success and profitability.
